I'm Gary Kibort.
Founder & Chief Momentum Officer

I founded Steady Momentum to give businesses, nonprofits, and camps practical operational support. I work directly with owners and leaders to manage the books and budgets, improve day-to-day operations, and see special projects through, including capital improvement projects.
I bring more than 35 years of business, management, and operations experience, including more than 20 years in senior leadership at Herzl Camp. I’ve managed multimillion-dollar budgets, worked with boards and staff, and helped lead major projects while keeping day-to-day operations running.
Sometimes you need someone to think through a tough decision with you. Other times you need someone to take a project off your plate and get it done. I can work behind the scenes or alongside your team, whether you need ongoing support or help with one specific project.
